Studying at Mohaghegh Ardabili University
The history of Mohaghegh Ardabili University dates back to 1978, when it began as an agricultural college under the supervision of the University of Tabriz. In 1992, it separated from the University of Tabriz and operated for a period as a higher education complex. In 1993, it was initially named Ardabil University, and eventually developed and expanded under the name Mohaghegh Ardabili University. Today, it stands as one of Iran’s comprehensive universities and is the only comprehensive university in Ardabil Province. Currently, approximately 15,173 students are enrolled at the university, including 1,478 international students.
