Studying at Arak University
Introduction
Arak State University, affiliated with the Ministry of Science, began its activities in 1971 in the city of Arak. In its early years, the university admitted students only in the fields of Physics, Mathematics, Biology, and Persian Language and Literature. In 1972, it operated under the supervision of Tehran Teacher Training University as a government-managed institution. Later, in December 1989, it separated from Tehran Teacher Training University and started functioning independently. Currently, Arak University has 7,651 active students, including 670 international students.
