Studying at Yasuj University
Yasouj University is a State University located in the city of Yasouj and is considered the largest and most prestigious institution of higher education in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province. Currently, the university comprises 5 faculties and 2 campuses, with around 300 faculty members and over 7,000 students. Yasouj University offers academic programs in 31 undergraduate fields, 52 master’s degree programs, and 22 doctoral programs.
Ranking
According to the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC), Yasouj University holds the 7th position among comprehensive universities in terms of educational performance. Its overall national ranking among comprehensive universities is 23rd. In addition, Yasouj University was elevated to the status of an international university, and in 2022 (1401 in the Iranian calendar), it welcomed its first cohort of international students.
