Studying at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences:
Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and Health Services was established in 1946 (1325 in the Iranian calendar). It is one of Iran’s leading public universities, operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education. The university has a long-standing tradition in academic medical education.
In its early years, Isfahan University and Isfahan University of Medical Sciences shared the same educational complex and officially began their activities in 1947 (1326). However, in 1985 (1364), with the approval of the Ministry of Health, the two institutions became independent and have since continued their operations separately.
At present, Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and Health Services has around 830 faculty members and 8,770 students who are actively engaged in education, research, and healthcare services.
